Requirements:
Property and Casualty License required.
Experience of at least 1-3 years working as an Insurance Producer.
must have an active 220 or 440 license.
Experience in tele sales, inbound and outbound sales related to the Personal and Commercial Insurance Products
Strong background in Florida homeowners insurance carriers and Citizens sales & servicing
Proven relationship building, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, presentation, listening and organization skills
Ability to work independently in a fast pace and rapidly changing environment
Comfortable with customer interactions through various communication methods and must be able to represent the organization professionally and responsibly
High School Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in direct carrier quoting, processes, and interactions
Demonstrated proficiency in sales and marketing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone skills
Fluent with Microsoft products, including Teams, with the ability to quickly learn new apps and systems
Identify and solicit sales prospects from outside sources to grow book.
Responsibilities:
Identify, compile, and manage information regarding account renewal Maximizes opportunities for retention, renewal, and new business by leveraging product knowledge and exemplary relationship-building skills.
Work with clients to present protection and risk management plans and options that fit their risk profiles
Daily work with multiple insurance carriers and Underwriter
Follow up with all clients, underwriters, and brokers promptly
Consistent and accurate adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
Ability to work both independently and with the remote working team
Maintain professional & good working relationships between various carriers, underwriters, and other outside agencies and organizations
Monitor critical areas, such as loss ratio, costs, retention ratio, and new business hit ratio; formulating corrective action where necessary
Answers phone calls and advise clients accordingly
Compile full submission data for quoting
Research and compile answers to client policy and coverage questions
Works with internal team members to ensure the renewal process and service requests are handled accurately and with a sense of urgency.
Responds to customer requests for account or policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage verification.
Delivers World Class Service and completes all customer activities with urgency.
Educates customers on the importance of insurance and the protection of their families through insurance products.
Secures documentation needed by the agency, including signed applications, replacement cost estimates, rejections of coverage, and confirmations.
Works with internal team members to ensure the renewal process and service requests are handled accurately and with a sense of urgency.
Facilitates communication with customers and claims staff to make the customer journey as painless as possible.
Stays well-informed with industry standards, current rates, coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers.
