Hometown Contractors, Inc is continually growing and do to strong demand for home improvements we are in need of hard working sales representatives to meet with homeowners and demonstrate our superior products such as replacement windows, replacement doors, sunrooms, screen rooms, patio covers, pergolas, glass enclosures, and bath and shower change outs, plus many more home improvements that we offer.
Our call center will set you all your appointments.
All you need to do is meet with the homeowners and present our products and explain our "full service concept.
" We offer 2 weeks of full time training, on going training, weekly sales meetings, and the best terms and prices available to homeowners to get you off to a fast start.
Duties.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential sales opportunities
```Experience```
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement sales or direct sales
- Strong sales negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Construction sales knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients
- Ability to analyze customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Exceptional customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients
