We do your everyday electrical work, but we specialize in- Whole Home Surge Protection- (providing homes protection against things, like EMP’s, lightning strikes, solar flares, and your everyday power surges.
) Back-Up Power- (utilizing Solar Power with Battery Backups and/or Generators) Roofing- (However they want it!) More- (Coming soon) As we expand our reach, we are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to join our team.
If you enjoy engaging with people, have excellent communication skills, and are motivated by achieving targets, this is an exciting opportunity for you, and includes the opportunity for growth within the company for dedicated individuals.
\*\*Position Overview:\*\* As a Door-to-Door Appointment Setter, you will be at the forefront of our customer outreach efforts.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, introduce them to our products/services, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in face-to-face interactions and are driven to contribute to the success of a dynamic company.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\* 1.
\*\*Customer Engagement:\*\* Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to engage residents in conversations about our products/services.

\*\*Product Knowledge:\*\* Develop a strong understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate the value and benefits to potential customers.
3.
\*\*Appointment Setting:\*\* Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team to further discuss our solutions with interested individuals.
4.
\*\*Data Collection:\*\* Record accurate and detailed information from interactions to maintain an organized and up-to-date database.
5.
\*\*Meet Targets:\*\* Work towards and achieve daily/weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets.
\*\*Qualifications:\*\* 1.
NO PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

But excellent interpersonal and communication skills is recommended.
2.
Ability to confidently approach and engage with individuals in a door-to-door setting.
3.
Motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
4.
Resilient and comfortable with handling rejection in a positive manner.
5.
Previous experience in door-to-door sales or appointment setting is a plus but not necessary.
