Job Description:
As a Healthcare Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities in the panhandle of Florida area.
You will utilize your outbound sales expertise to identify and secure new business opportunities, promoting our healthcare solutions to healthcare administrators, decision-makers, and key personnel.
This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong background in outbound sales and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
We provide you lists of leads so you can hit the ground running with outbound sales activities in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential healthcare facilities in the Destin area and proactively reach out to them to introduce our healthcare solutions.
* In-Person Sales: Build and maintain a strong presence by visiting healthcare facilities in person to establish rapport and present our products and services.
* Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each healthcare facility and tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements.
* Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our healthcare solutions.
* Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with healthcare facility representatives, providing ongoing support and excellent customer service.
* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
* Ability to sell effectively in person and build strong relationships.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations is a plus.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Residency in or near Panama City Beach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.
00 - $105,000.
