*Health Supply 770, one of Florida's fastest-growing medical supplies companies, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
* *Customer Relationship Management:*
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular onsite visits to healthcare facilities, clinics, and medical offices to understand their needs and challenges.
* *Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling:*
* Stay informed about the latest medical supplies and equipment in our product portfolio.
* Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our offerings.
* Offer consultative sales support, understanding customer requirements, and proposing appropriate solutions.
* *Sales Target Achievement:*
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for potential clients.
* Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and maximize overall sales performance.
* *Order Processing and Follow-up:*
* Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to order fulfillment.
* Ensure accurate and timely order processing, working closely with the logistics and customer service teams.
* *Market Research:*
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
* Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our product offerings.
* *Reporting:*
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing activities, achievements, and challenges.
* Participate in sales meetings to discuss progress and collaborate on strategies for improvement.
Additional Qualifications:
* Proven experience in medical supplies or related healthcare sales.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,991.
12 - $139,567.
76 per year
