*Position Overview*
*As the Field Public Adjusting Manager, you will be the regional representative responsible for providing support to your Field Adjusters by monitoring employee performance, managing adjuster goals and ensuring they are achieved, participating in new hire/ continuing education training, and engaging in coaching and development for your employees.

*Monitoring and managing your team, you will foster close working relationships with internal and external clientele.
This position starts at $104,000 a year with the potential to earn much more.
*
*The main function of this sales position is to manage your team.
You will not have direct dealings with insurance companies.
*
\*Primary Responsibilities:
* Support adjusters to achieve high quality claims and meet performance requirements
* Monitor your team's calendars to ensure that employees are fully engaged in work
* Weekly team meetings to motivate and ensure focus within your team
* Conduct interviews for potential adjuster candidates/ new hire training
* Provide continuing education to your team
* Document and record procedural updates and update your team on new protocols
* Identify training needs and develop / implement training programs that address those needs
* Close any gaps between below-average job performance and the skills and knowledge needed to perform the job at a high level
* Drive organizational improvements for individuals, teams and departments
* Conduct quality assurance reviews and claim audits
* Some traveling around the area may be required
\*\*We’re Looking For:
* Licensed Public Adjuster
* Prior training and development experience
* Attention to detail
* Organizational development background and/or experience
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to apply initiative and judgment to define and perform tasks, sometimes complex, and sees the bigger picture
* Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
* Excellent team player; proven ability to apply innovative ideas and critical thinking
* Able to anticipate needs, innovate and flourish in a high volume, fast paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
* Experience with Managing a team of employees, adjusters a big plus
* Facilitating new hire training classes
