The Housekeeping attendant will be responsible for the daily cleaning and organization of guest facing areas throughout the Kaiya Club Residences.
This position will endeavor to provide exceptional service and ensure Kaiya’s standards of cleanliness at all times.
Responsibilities: Always maintain 5-star level cleanliness in guest corridors, lobby, entryways, stairwells, restrooms as well as closets, storage and back of house staff areas.
Report maintenance deficiencies or guest complaints to relevant departments.
Cleaning of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintaining equipment in good working order while following all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, department, and County health department.
Working as a team and effectively communicating with management, guest services and other team members to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by owners, members, guests and or other Associates.
Always being positive, thoughtful, showing enthusiasm, being humble, being thankful, and being respectful to all team members and patrons Flexible schedule – available to work morning, afternoon and evenings, weekdays, and weekends as well as holidays.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length.
Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
Must be able to lift up to 15-40 lbs.

Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks.
Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment.
