Furnished room, with a mini fridge, tv,internet for streaming,private bathroom with shower.
Must be a mature adult that can take care of thereself.
No pets is about the only rule other than being respectful,and able to pay for the room.
I require first and last week's rent.
Rent is $150 First week $150 Last week $150 That's $300 to move in!!!!! Now rent of $150 will be due 7 days from move in.
