$850 Looking for a Female Roomate in June! (South florida)

Hey hey! I am looking for a a female roommate, move in for June.
I have a 2 bed 2 and a half bathroom Townhouse in Panama City.
Rent is $1700 total (might go up a little with new lease, but not much).
No utilities are included.
Total its probably around $200/month each at most, usually lower.
I have 3 kitties already so no additional pets.
I would like to get to know the person before we move in together to see if it’s a good fit which is why I am posting so early!
