Monthly $500 rent - includes electricity, water/sewer, WiFi, pest control, lawncare, garbage pickup, laundry room, living room, dining room, kitchen/pans/spices :) Driveway parking.
You will have a dedicated pantry in the dining room for your food.
Plates, bowls, silverware and pots/pans are provided for in your pantry too.
There is a mini fridge/freezer in your room.
There is also access to the back patio from the master bedroom.
Move in ready - just bring your own bed linens & bath linens :) making yourself comfortable is a requirement
No drugs, no cig smoking, no cannibas in any form for any reason, no prescription drug abuse.
No pets.
No drama.
Alcohol intoxication, and belligerent behaviors with or without alcohol abuse and or prescription drug abuse like disorderly conduct and ongoing objectionable language is not part of this living arrangement.
This is the master suite with queen bed in a 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home in a QUIET SAFE FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD.
You’ll be sharing the house with me, another nice polite professional, and a sweet senior 10-lb dachshund.
