Looking for someone to help take care of house for room and boardroom for rent.
All bills paid (electricity, water, internet) Shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
No pets.
Security deposit $300 (refundable) About me: I'm in my mid 40s, work as a researcher, and run a small tech company.
I'm quiet, responsible, friendly, outdoorsy, and hope to find a housemate with similar values.
I'm looking to adopt a puppy, so you must be ok with a future dog in the house.
I live upstairs and have a separate bathroom, but will share the kitchen and common areas.
