The complex has 2 pools (1) is saltwater, a fully equipped GYM along with a tennis court & a basketball court & its location is central to everything.
I'm asking $675 a month which includes rent, electric; comcast and trash pickup I'm a 58 yr young woman who is a very clean person along with friendly, caring & minds my own business.
