The house is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath residence with two fantastic roommates, both women in their late 20s/early 30s.
The location is fantastic, just 2 blocks from Main Street, a short walk to Park, and conveniently close to various amenities.
The house features a clean kitchen, on-site laundry, a giant sunny yard, and a basement perfect for storing bikes and outdoor gear.
Street parking is readily available, and there's a driveway for longer stays.
The house is privately owned by a local couple who are responsive and maintain the property well.
