Garage Cart, Smells and is broken (Lynn Haven)

Garage Cart, Smells and is broken This is a 3 shelf cart that has a broken corner in the middle shelf.
Is coated in something to make it chemically resistant, smells bad.
I am keeping the wheels though.
It is in the original packing box so you can take that with it all is about as wide a fridge but only knee high.
